About us
Ruff-N-Paws is a small "up and coming" business that was founded in January of 2023. We service both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

We, at Ruff-N-Paws strive to achieve great customer satisfaction and communication. Jessica Liguori is the owner of Ruff-N-Paws and has been training dogs since elementary school. She began as a Volunteer Puppy Raiser at the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, working with Labrador and Golden Retrievers as well as Standard Poodles. She was involved in this volunteer work for about twenty years.
Next, she spent about two years working at PetSmart as a certified Dog Trainer. Doing group classes and private lessons with puppies aged eight weeks and older.
After PetSmart, Jessica spent an additional four years training for a private company before venturing out on her own. Jessica focuses on Positive Reinforcement based training methods for training.
